Discovery & Fit
Schedule a 1-on-1 discovery call with Coach Paul to discuss goals, schedule, and expectations. You’ll complete a short application beforehand so we can confirm the program is the right fit.

Program Build & Walkthrough
Your training and nutrition program is built around your goals, equipment, space, and lifestyle. You’ll receive a Loom walkthrough covering:

Training structure and focus

Nutrition expectations and action steps

How to log workouts, communicate, and check in through the app

Commit & Onboard
Once enrolled, you’ll receive your client welcome packet and complete all required intake and agreements. You’ll get access to CoachRX, set up your account, and book your official onboarding call.

Execute the Plan
We start with a 1-on-1 onboarding call to review everything and establish a clear 14-day action plan — including workouts, nutrition prep, check-ins, and short-term goals. From there, your 16-week program officially begins. Train, adjust, and build momentum.

ABOUT ME
PAUL COULSON
Hey, I’m Paul.
I’m a hybrid athlete, firefighter/paramedic, husband, and father. I know what it’s like to carry
responsibility — long shifts, demanding work, family first, and the expectation to stay capable in all of it. When time is limited and stress is high, fitness is usually the first thing to slip.
That’s why I built the Functional Athlete Program — for fathers, first responders, athletes, and busy professionals who want to stay strong, durable, and athletic without living in the gym or sacrificing time at home.
With over 8 years of coaching experience, I help people train around injuries, break plateaus, and stay consistent when life gets heavy. This isn’t about extremes or chasing trends — it’s about structured, efficient training that works in the real world.
Your life doesn’t revolve around the gym. Mine doesn’t either. We focus on smart programming, accountability, and execution so progress actually sticks.
